The battle of the Sudoku Warriors is over!
On Sunday, 13 Jan 2008, 36 Sudoku Warriors - the winners of the Samurai Sudoku Regional Showdowns in Penang, Klang Valley, Melaka and JB - converged on 1 Utama, Petaling Jaya to fight it out once and for all. Three rounds of samurai sudoku (comprising 5 classic 9-square grids). 45 minutes per round. 100% correct answers to survive. Highest speed to win.
The battle was fierce and casualties were high. First round saw 12 warriors per category, second round, 6. In the final round, the survivors fought hard with every grey cell they had for the honour of being the Grand Champion in their category. And the strongest triumphed…
