Special Advice for MSIG Motor Policyholders affected by recent flash flood

Dear Motor Policyholders,

In light of the recent flash flood affecting several states, MSIG wishes to advise that the following exceptions have been made to help our policyholders.

Descriptions

1. Motor Policies with Special Peril Add-On
  • Claims submission - requirement for submission of police report has been waived. 

2. Towing Services
  • Towing Services will be extended to ALL Private Car Comprehensive* Motor Policyholders. 
  • Policyholders can request for assistance service via MSIG Motor Assist Hotline 1-300-880-833 or MY MSIG Mobile App.

*Policyholders who are currently under the existing MSIG Motor Assistance Programme. 

We would like to highlight that in view of the increased requests for towing services, please expect delays in service delivery.
