^Update 27 Oct 2020: Due to the extension of CMCO (Selangor, KL and Putrajaya) until 9 Nov 2020, MSIG Petaling Jaya branch will remain closed until further notice.

**Update 19 Oct 2020: MSIG Petaling Jaya branch is closed from 16 Oct (Fri) until further notice.

During the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) affecting Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya from 14 Oct - 9 Nov 2020^, please take note of the following operating hours:

  • MSIG KL Head Office : Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.*
  • MSIG Petaling Jaya branch : Temporarily closed until further notice**

*Except Public Holidays 

We highly encourage everyone to adopt new normal practices and adhere to SOP in the Conditional Movement Control Order phase. As such, please consider e-mailing or calling us before you decide to make a trip to our offices - not only can we help you with your enquiries or insurance renewal wherever you are, but we would also be helping the country break the chain of infection.
