We are happy to introduce to you a new Claims Service that we are launching to the Home Products Policyholders of MSIG on 1st October 2014, the MSIG Home Assist Mobile App. The policyholders can now make a claim or request for Home Services through their smart mobile phone (including tablets).
We are proud to announce that we are the 1st insurance company in Malaysia to provide this Claims Service accessibility via smart mobile phone (including tablets).
Why Mobile Apps?
Currently, Policyholders make a claim and/or request for Home Services by calling a dedicated toll free line 1-300-880-863. The Claims Department is committed to raise the service level to better serve our customers. The industry is ever evolving. The rapid change in technology and the increasing trend in Smart Phone usage created a pathway for us to switch to a smarter way to service our customers via the MSIG Home Assist Mobile App. This channel is convenient, faster, user friendly and provides services online from claims notification right to payment.
How to access and enjoy the services?
If you have an Android Smart phone (e.g. Samsung, HTC, etc), type in “MSIG Home Assist” from the Play Store and download the application. Please refer to the Step by Step Guide below.
This service will be available to IOS phone users (I.e. iPhone) in the next phase.
