Dear Policyholders and Business Partners,

In consideration of our policyholders and colleague's health and wellbeing during the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO), MSIG has decided to implement the following effective 20 March (Fri) until further notice:

• Head Office KL will operate from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (Mon - Fri)*

• All branches will operate from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (Mon – Fri)* except the following branches:
  • Kota Bharu – 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (Sun – Thurs)*
  • Melaka – Customer Service counters will be open from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. (Mon – Fri)*

*Excluding Public Holidays
