Please be informed that Bank Negara Malaysia has recently reviewed the Customer Service Charter for the insurance industry published in December 2017 and has advised the industry to establish a process to measure the service level delivered by the Insurers against the Customer Service Charter. The industry has engaged The Nielsen Company (M) Sdn Bhd to conduct a survey from June to September 2018 to measure the service level.
