Operational Updates for MSIG KL Head Office & Branches

Update 2 December 2021 - MSIG KL Head office will be closed on 3 December 2021 to observe the announced Public Holiday.

Dear Policyholders and Business Partners,

In view of the Conditional / Recovery Movement Control Orders across Malaysia, MSIG Head Office (Kuala Lumpur) will resume operation with amended operating hours, while the following branches are affected as follows:  

  • MSIG Head Office Kuala Lumpur 

: Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.*

MSIG Head Office (KL) Customer Service counters are temporarily closed from 4 January 2021 (Monday) until 8 January 2021 (Friday).  

During this time, please e-mail us at myMSIG@my.msig-asia.com or call our Customer Service hotline at 1-800-88-MSIG (6744) during office hours (Mon - Fri, 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., excluding Public Holidays). Alternatively, you can call or email your Insurance Advisor for your insurance services.

  • MSIG Alor Setar, Sungai Petani, Penang, Ipoh, Kuantan, Petaling Jaya, Klang, Melaka, Kluang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, Tawau & Kuching branches 

: Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.*
  • MSIG Kota Bharu branch 

: Sunday to Thursday, 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.*

  • MSIG Seremban branch

: Temporarily closed from 5 Nov 2020 until further notice
  • MSIG Batu Pahat branch

: Temporarily closed from 3 Dec 2020 until further notice.

*Except Public Holidays  

We highly encourage everyone to adopt new normal practices and adhere to SOP in the Conditional / Recovery Movement Control Order phase. As such, please consider e-mailing or calling us before you decide to make a trip to our offices - not only can we help you with your enquiries or insurance renewal wherever you are, but we would also be helping the country break the chain of infection.
