As one of the leading general insurers in Malaysia, MSIG Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd, (“MSIG”) has introduced “Smart Towing” in line with the company’s ongoing initiatives to improve customer experience. Eligible motor comprehensive policyholders are now able to track the location of their designated tow truck in real-time when they call for assistance in the event of vehicle breakdown or accident.
Simply tap on the Motor Assist button in the MY MSIG App or call MSIG Motor Assist 1-300-880-833 and the policyholder will be assisted by MSIG Motor Assist Personnel. Policyholders will receive SMS notification which will enable them to view and track the location of their designated tow truck in real-time. This Smart Towing service will help our policyholders to feel at ease, knowing that help is on the way especially in times of need.
