With ever evolving of mobile technology and consumer usage, MSIG strive to provide value added services to our policyholders by introducing the latest edition of MSIG Motor Assist App. This will serve as another channel for MSIG Private Motor Comprehensive policyholders to request for accident or breakdown assistance services via their mobile phone in a SMART & CONVENIENT way.
The Motor Assist App is now available for download at App Store (iPhone users) and Google Play Store (Android users – Samsung, HTC etc). The App itself is user-friendly and features notable functions such as:
- 24-Hour Service Assistance
- Establish accurately the location of the user via GPS
- Real time update on service status
- Report the extent of damage by submitting the photos via the app
