New Customer Touchpoint – SMS
Stepping up on our quest to be a leader in service excellence, a new 2-way interactive “SMS” touch point is now launched whereby our customers can “text” MSIG Customer Service Call Centre on their enquiries.
Customers can now either call or SMS to our general line at 0320508228.
