- For claims submissions, the requirement for submission of police report has been waived.

2. Towing Services

- Policyholders can request for assistance service via MSIG Motor Assist Hotline 1-300-880-833 or MY MSIG Mobile App.

In view of the increased requests for towing services, please expect delays in service delivery.
