Job description
- Attend to customers’ queries, for the purchase and renewal of insurance products.
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions and concerns.
- Provide information and solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customers’ records interactions and transactions.
- Generate quotations, perform insurance premium collection, calculation of premiums and generate quotations.
- Follow-up calls to customers when necessary.
- Contribute to Company’s premium growth through promotions of products and services.
Job requirement
- Degree/Diploma holder preferably in Insurance or related discipline.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin and/or Cantonese are an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
