Job description

  • Attend to customers’ queries, for the purchase and renewal of insurance products.
  • Assist customers with product or service-related questions and concerns.
  • Provide information and solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain customers’ records interactions and transactions.
  • Generate quotations, perform insurance premium collection, calculation of premiums and generate quotations.
  • Follow-up calls to customers when necessary.
  • Contribute to Company’s premium growth through promotions of products and services.

 

Job requirement

  • Degree/Diploma holder preferably in Insurance or related discipline.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin and/or Cantonese are an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
