Advance your sustainability goals with MSIG’s Green Clause
Through this initiative, MSIG provides extra protection for fire-related accidents that require building repairs or restorations according to GBI guidelines.
Enhances your existing Fire Insurance coverage (applies only to buildings, including fixtures and fittings)
- Receive coverage for additional costs that may occur due to an insured loss, with the aim of minimizing environmental harm and reducing carbon footprints during reconstruction.
- The additional cost should not exceed 30% of the loss amount for buildings and fixtures and fittings or RM10,000,000. Whichever is lower.
Average and deductibles do not apply to this clause
