Notice is hereby given that MSIG Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd intends to apply to the Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam (AMBD) to cancel its registration under the Insurance Order, 2006 effective 31st December 2017.
Any policyholder who may have a valid claim against MSIG Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd arising from insurance policies issued by MSIG Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd valid up to 30th September 2011 is invited to file his/her claims within 90 days from the date of this Notice, by contacting the company's local representative namely:

Adalah dengan ini dimaklumkan bahawa MSIG Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd berhasrat memohon kepada Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam (AMBD) bagi membatalkan pendaftarannya di bawah Perintah Insurans, 2006 berkuatkuasa 31hb Disember 2017.
Mana-mana pemegang polisi yang mempunyai tuntutan sah terhadap MSIG Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd bagi polisi-polisi insurans yang dikeluarkan oleh MSIG Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd yang sah sehingga 30hb September 2011 adalah di jemput untuk memfailkan tuntutannya dalam tempoh 90 hari dari tarikh Notis ini, dengan menghubungi wakil syarikat tempatan iaitu:
