MSIG’S MELAKA MOVE
New Office To Accommodate Growth In Customers And Business
Melaka, 11 July 2018 – MSIG Malaysia has relocated its branch office in Melaka to Jalan Hang Tuah. The new office is almost double the size of MSIG’s previous location with an enlarged customer service centre area– enabling MSIG to better serve its customers efficiently.
Speaking about the branch’s expansion, MSIG Malaysia’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Chua Seck Guan who was the Melaka District Manager from 1990 – 1992 said, “We are delighted to have expanded our presence in Melaka. MSIG has been in Malaysia for over 100 years and Melaka has always been an important branch for us. In addition to the larger customer service area, the new office will also provide our Agents with additional space and facilities to enable them to conduct their business transactions efficiently.”
The new office will accommodate MSIG’s current 56-strong Melaka team comfortably, while also providing the business with further room for expansion in the future.
Mr Chua continued, “We wanted to notify all our customers about this change in order to minimise any disruption and inconvenience to them. As a long-established business here, our success is based upon the loyalty of our intermediaries and customers and we appreciate their ongoing support which has made us one of the leading general insurers in Malaysia.”
