With the recent announcement of the forthcoming General Election 2018, we would like to inform that MSIG Malaysia is providing options for our Travel Insurance policyholders to accommodate your travel plans. MSIG Malaysia will:
provide a premium refund if you decide to cancel your travel plans because the polling date^ falls within your outbound travel period, or
allow one change of your travel date without any additional premium* if you decide to postpone your travel date to a new date within 90 days of the original travel date.
Please contact your insurance adviser or email to our MSIG Customer Service Center at myMSIG@my.msig-asia.com by 7 May 2018to inform us to arrange the necessary.
Subject to policy terms and conditions.
*This does not apply should the new date fall into a higher premium bracket due to a difference in geographical area and/or longer travel duration which incur additional premium.
