What is MSIG Home Assist APP?

It is a value-add services for MSIG Home Insurance Policyholders which was introduced in 2014.  The APP has the feature to request for home assistance services and make claims via mobile phone. 

What is the benefit of MSIG Home Assist APP?

You can submit your home related claims  through MSIG Home Assist APP which is convenient, faster and user friendly. On top of that, the APP also allows you to track your claims status - claims notification, claims update and claims outcome. All within your fingertips.

At MSIG, we strive to elevate our services in providing convenience to our customers. As such, we are now extending the claims tracking status as another option to policyholders who did not make a claim via the APP initially. Policyholders who report their claims to MSIG from 15 June 2017 onwards are able to enjoy this service.

I am interested in MSIG Home Assist APP to track my claims. How do I go about it?

Our Claims Service Provider will contact you and you will be given the choice to opt for MSIG Home Assist APP to continue with your claims process. If you agree to opt for MSIG Home Assist APP, these are the steps to follow:

1. You will receive an SMS with a link which you can download and install the APP for immediate usage (available in both Android and iOS platform).
2. User ID and temporary password will also be provided in the same SMS.
3. Upon installing the APP, log in by using the User ID and temporary password provided.
4. You can now check the claims progress via the APP at any time.
5. You can also snap the image of the documents and submit through the APP.
