Please be informed that it was brought to our attention that our company’s name i.e. MSIG Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd (“MSIG Malaysia”) has been used by unauthorized parties to deceive unsuspecting customers and general public at large by offering enrollment of invalid insurance policies with the intention to cheat/commit fraud.
We have reported those fraudulent activities to the Police for their investigations.
You are advised to alert and report to MSIG Malaysia immediately:
1. If you receive any calls that are deemed suspicious;
2. If you have been requested to reveal your personal information via calls that are deemed suspicious;
3. If you have been advised to make payment to a non MSIG Malaysia bank account over the phone.
